By accessing or using SharePray (the "Service") at https://sharepray.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SharePray provides a platform for sharing prayer requests, engaging in community discussions, accessing devotional content, and participating in faith-based interactions. The Service may include free content, premium membership subscriptions, one-time purchases, optional voluntary payments, a shop for purchasing digital products, and curated product recommendations linking to third-party retailer websites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Payment processor. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment services may also be subject to Stripe's terms and Stripe's privacy policy.
Subscriptions. Membership fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Voluntary support. Optional support payments are voluntary and do not provide additional features or access.
Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Digital products are non-refundable after access is granted. Support payments may be refunded within 14 days upon request.
SharePray offers digital products for purchase. It also includes recommendations linking to third-party retailers. Purchases made through external links are handled entirely by those third parties, and SharePray is not responsible for those transactions.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the platform, share unauthorized content, or attempt to bypass system security.
All content on SharePray is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse content without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Content reflects individual perspectives and is intended for informational and spiritual encouragement purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharePray and its operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
