All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc..

1. Membership Subscriptions

Premium membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has begun, unless required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@sharepray.com.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., e-books, guides, downloadable content) are delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final once access has been provided.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product was defective or could not be accessed
  • You were charged more than once (duplicate payment)
  • The product was significantly different from its description
  • Required by applicable law

3. One-Time Content Purchases

One-time purchases grant immediate access to content and are non-refundable after access is granted, except in the cases listed above.

4. Optional Support Payments

Optional support payments are voluntary and help sustain the platform. These payments do not unlock additional features or content.

Support payments are refundable within 14 days upon request.

Some product links direct you to external websites. These purchases are handled entirely by third-party retailers. We are not responsible for those transactions or their refund policies.
